# Event Tickets

## What are Event Tickets?
Event tickets give customers access to {{variable.events}} organized by your space. 

All {{variable.events}} need tickets to [register event attendees](/v3/docs/adding-events-attendees){target=`_blank`} {{variable.OnTheAdminPanel}} and let {{variable.customers}} RSVP from the {{variable.MembersPortal}}. You can make tickets free if you don't want to charge {{variable.customers}} for your {{variable.event}}. 

{{variable.Customers_CAP}} will receive their tickets via email after purchasing them from the {{variable.MembersPortal}} or being registered on the {{variable.AdminPanel}}.


## How Event Tickets Work
Once you've [created an {{variable.event}}](/v3/docs/adding-events){target=`_blank`} in Nexudus, you can start adding tickets to it. Event tickets can be free or have a set price. 

A single {{variable.event}} can have multiple ticket types with different prices that apply to:
* All {{variable.customers}}
* Only {{variable.members}}
* Only {{variable.members}} signed up to a specific {{variable.plan}}
* Only {{variable.contacts}}
* Members of specific {{variable.teams}}
* Specific {{variable.customers}}

Event tickets can also have limits, such as how many of them can be purchased by a single {{variable.customer}} and how many tickets are available in total based on the event capacity.

:::(Warning) (All event tickets that you sell via Nexudus with a price above 0 are charged {{variable.Currencies}}0.50 along with a 1% commission per ticket sold.)

*For example, if you sell a {{variable.DollarSign}}10 event ticket via Nexudus, we add a {{variable.DollarSign}}0.60 charge to your monthly Nexudus subscription for each ticket you sell.*

**Tickets purchased using money credits also incur that charge.**
