# Exporting Data from Nexudus

You can easily export most of the data in your Nexudus account as XLS spreadsheets. You can then use this data any way you need and or keep it as a backup copy.

          You must be a full unrestricted admin to export data from Nexudus.

          
  

You can export data from **any list** in Nexudus in a few clicks, including:

- CRM boards, CRM stages, and opportunities
- Custom fields
- Proposals

Just search *Exporting* followed by the kind of data you want to export in the search bar above. *For example, Exporting bookings or exporting help-desk messages.*

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Go to the list that you want to export.
3. Tick the checkbox next to any of the listed records.
4. Click on the export icon ![Export icon](https://cdn.document360.io/4f9a66c7-3dbb-4052-97d8-5439302e1512/Images/Documentation/ExportIcon.png)  in the top-right corner of the page.

Your download should only take a few seconds. You can find your export XLS file in the *Downloads* folder of your device.
