# Exporting Discount Codes

You can export [discount codes](/docs/discount-codes) to keep a local copy of your records.

          Exports include all the data available in your location by default.

          

You can reduce the data included in your file by using one or more of the filters available.

          You must be a full unrestricted admin to export data from Nexudus.

Data included in your export file

- Discount code ID
- Discount code creation date
- Admin user who added the discount code
- Discount code customer settings
- Discount code validity dates

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Finance > Discount codes**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/finance/discountCodes).
3. Tick the checkbox next to any of the listed records.
4. Click on the export icon ![Export icon](https://cdn.document360.io/4f9a66c7-3dbb-4052-97d8-5439302e1512/Images/Documentation/ExportIcon.png)  in the top-right corner of the page.

Your download should only take a few seconds. You can find your export XLS file in the *Downloads* folder of your device.
