    Exporting FAQ Articles

    Article Summary

    You can export FAQ articles to keep a local copy of your records.

    Export files include all the data available in your location by default.
    You can reduce the data included in your export using filters and/or the Views menu.

    You must be a full admin unrestricted to export data from Nexudus.

    1. Log in to the Admin Panel if you aren't already.

    2. Click Community > FAQ.

    3. Tick the checkbox next to any of the listed records.

    4. Click Export xx records in the Bulk actions menu. 

    Your download should only take a few seconds. You can find your export XLS file in the Downloads folder of your device.
