# Exporting Floor Plans

You can export your floor plans data in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

          Floor plan exports don't include any data on floor plan items.

          

If you want to export data related to floor plan units, check out [Exporting Floor Plan Items](/v3/docs/exporting-floor-plan-items)

          Exports include all the data available in your location by default.

          

You can reduce the data included in your file by using one or more of the filters available.

          You must be a full unrestricted admin to export data from Nexudus.

          

Data included in your export file

- Floor plan names
- Floor plans capacity
- Floor plans ID
- Creation date and user email
- Latest update date and user email

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click **Inventory > Floor plans**.
3. Click **Select** under any floor plan.
4. Click on the export icon ![Export icon](https://cdn.document360.io/4f9a66c7-3dbb-4052-97d8-5439302e1512/Images/Documentation/ExportIcon.png)  in the top-right corner of the page.

Your download should only take a few seconds. You can find your export XLS file in the *Downloads* folder of your device.
