# Exporting Opportunity Types

You can export opportunity types data to keep a local copy of your records.

          Exports include all the data available in your location by default.

          

You can reduce the data included in your file by using one or more of the filters available.

          You must be a full unrestricted admin to export data from Nexudus.

          

Data included in your export file

- Your space ID
- The name of opportunity type
- The notes for each opportunity type
- The ID of each opportunity type
- When each opportunity type was updated
- Which admin updated them

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click **CRM > Opportunity type**.
3. Tick the checkbox next to any of the listed records.
4. Click on the export icon ![Export icon](https://cdn.document360.io/4f9a66c7-3dbb-4052-97d8-5439302e1512/Images/Documentation/ExportIcon.png)  in the top-right corner of the page.

Your download should only take a few seconds. You can find your export XLS file in the *Downloads* folder of your device.
