# Exporting Surveys

You can export your surveys data to keep a local copy of your records.

          The survey export files don't include survey answers.

          

If you want to download your survey answer, check [Using Survey Results](/v3/docs/using-survey-results).

          Exports include all the data available in your location by default.

          

You can reduce the data included in your file by using one or more of the filters available.

          You must be a full unrestricted admin to export data from Nexudus.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click **Community > Surveys**.
3. Tick the checkbox next to any of the listed records.
4. Click on the export icon ![Export icon](https://cdn.document360.io/4f9a66c7-3dbb-4052-97d8-5439302e1512/Images/Documentation/ExportIcon.png)  in the top-right corner of the page.

Your download should only take a few seconds. You can find your export XLS file in the *Downloads* folder of your device.
