# Unit Packages

## What are unit packages?
Unit packages let you sell the same floor plan unit in different ways, either on specific days of the week or with different inclusions.

Packages are designed to help you maximise occupancy without duplicating units in your floor plan.

## Why use unit packages?

Unit packages are a great choice to:

- Contract the same office to different customers or companies on different days

- Offer part-time private offices

- Sell variations of the same unit (i.e., Unfurnished, Furnished, Serviced)

- Maintain accurate occupancy reporting based on availability
