# Generating Proposals

You can easily generate proposal documents as PDFs to check that your proposal looks the way you want before sending it to customer. Generating a proposal document also lets you keep a local copy of the document on your device.

          You can only generate 1 proposal document at a time.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**CRM > Proposals**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/crm/proposals).
3. Click on the three dots icon.
4. Click on **Create proposal document** or **Create document to sign** in the *Bulk actions* menu.
5. Click **Yes, do it** to confirm.

The download only takes a few seconds and you can find your document in the *Downloads* folder of your device.
