What is Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a web analytics tool that collects data and insights on how your customers browse and use your Members Portal and Passport app.

Our integration tracks GA4 events on your portal and app such as page visits, items added to cart, and more! You can then use these events metrics in GA4 to improve your portal and app's performance and user experience.

How the Google Analytics 4 integration works

All you need to use Google Analytics 4 is a Google Analytics account and a property set up for your Members Portal within that account. Once you have both, all you have left to do is enable the integration on the Admin Panel.

Want to track activity on the Passport app or its White-label equivalent?

You now only need to set up one data stream from your Members Portal.

You can filter events using the platform_type parameter to see whether customers completed an action in the portal or the app.

You cannot use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager at the same time.

We'll automatically disable the Google Tag Manager integration and remove your GTM key if you enable Google Analytics 4.

This ID isn’t tied to any identifiable or personal data in compliance with GDPR and is only designed to let you to leverage events, sessions, and behavior analytics.
