# HubSpot

## What is {{variable.HubSpot}}? 
{{variable.HubSpot}} is a CRM platform designed to help you grow your business. Our integration lets you connect customers, teams and various CRM records you have in Nexudus with their equivalent in {{variable.HubSpot}} to help you keep data synced on both platforms at all times.

## How {{variable.HubSpot}} works

Our integration with {{variable.HubSpot}} works in three simple steps: 

1. Connect your Nexudus account to {{variable.HubSpot}}
2. Define which {{variable.HubSpot}} records to sync in Nexudus
3. Map the fields and properties you want to connect between Nexudus and {{variable.HubSpot}} 

The integration is designed to help you use {{variable.HubSpot}} and Nexudus seamlessly and ensure data is synced on both platforms at all times.

## How data is shared between Nexudus and {{variable.HubSpot}}

HubSpot for {{variable.Nexudus}} is a two-way integration — most of the records you create and update in HubSpot are synced in Nexudus and the records you create and update in Nexudus are synced in HubSpot.

Some {{variable.HubSpot}} records such as pipelines, deals, and stages can only be updated from HubSpot. While you can only edit them from {{variable.HubSpot}}, they are always synced in Nexudus. You can also update the **notes** on any of these records in Nexudus and have that information synced in {{variable.HubSpot}}.
