# Instantly Sending Email Notifications

Email notifications are sent based on their position in the email queue. You can skip this default queue order for notifications that are particularly time sensitive.

*For example, a customer needs their PIN to access your space or a visitor needs their QR code to check-in straight away.*

          You can skip the queue order for up to 5 email notifications at a time.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click **CRM > Email queue**.
3. Tick the checkbox next to the notifications you want to send.
4. Click **Send now** in the *Bulk actions* menu.
5. Click **Yes, do it** to confirm.

Alternatively, you can click the three dots icon next to the email notification you want to send straight away and then click **Send now**.

All set! The selected notification will be sent to customers first. Once they are all sent, Nexudus will send the other queued notifications based on their position in the queue.
