# Integrating Spreedly

## What you need to integrate Spreedly

### A Spreedly account

You need a Spreedly account with an environment. Your Spreedly environment should use Spreedly Express as it's the only option supported by Nexudus.

### A Spreedly environment provisioned with a payment gateway

You also need an environment with a payment gateway in your Spreedly account.

We recommend using a single environment if you manage multiple locations and your customers use more than one of your locations.

This setup lets customers add their card details once in a location and pay for invoices using the same card details in any other location they use. This isn't possible if you set up a different Spreedly environment per location.

## Step 1. Getting your Spreedly environment key & access secret

You need both your Spreedly access and environment keys to use this integration. You can check out the Spreedly documentation to collect your key and secret — [docs.spreedly.com/basics/credentials](https://docs.spreedly.com/basics/credentials/).

Once you have both, you can move to the next step of the process.

## Step 2. Integrating Spreedly

Once you have your Spreedly environment key and access secret, you can complete the Spreedly integration in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Settings > Integrations > Spreedly**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/integrations/spreedly).
3. Enable the **Spreedly integration** toggle.
4. Add your Spreedly **Environment key**.
5. Add your Spreedly **Access secret**.
6. Click the **Save Changes** button.

All set! We always recommend [testing your payment gateway](/v3/docs/making-a-test-payment) with a dummy customer and invoice to make sure you can process actual customer payments.
