Inviting Admins

You can invite admins to any of your locations in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.
This is the best solution when you need to:
- Add existing admins to another Nexudus account or network
- Reinstate an admin you've previously deleted and that the system doesn't let you add again
For all other scenarios, we recommend following the usual process to add admins.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click Settings > Users.
- Click on the Quick actions menu next to the admin sending the invite.
Invited admins inherit the same roles and permissions as the admin who invites them.
For example, if you want the invited admin to have full unrestricted access, pick a full unrestricted admin. If you're inviting a front-desk admin, pick an existing front-desk admin to send them the invite.
- Click on Invite user.
- Add the email address of the user you want to invite.
Click Yes, do it to confirm.
All set! You've invited a new admin. They'll receive an email invite prompting them to access the Admin Panel and define their own password shortly.
If the invited admin needs to answer help-desk messages, reply to discussion boards, and host tours make sure you also create a customer profile for them.
They may have received multiple invites. Ask them to check their inbox and look for the first invite they've received to see the full password.
