# Inviting Admins

You can invite admins to any of your locations in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

This is the best solution when you need to:

- Add existing admins to another Nexudus account or network
- Reinstate an admin you've previously deleted and that the system doesn't let you add again

For all other scenarios, we recommend following the usual process to [add admins](/docs/adding-admin-in-nexudus).

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Settings > Users**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/6/1/0).
3. Click on the *Quick actions* menu next to the admin sending the invite.

          Pick an admin with a level of access that matches the access you want to give to the invited admin.

          

Invited admins inherit the same roles and permissions as the admin who invites them.

*For example, if you want the invited admin to have full unrestricted access, pick a full unrestricted admin. If you're inviting a front-desk admin, pick an existing front-desk admin to send them the invite.*

1. Click on **Invite user**.
2. Add the email address of the user you want to invite.
3. Click **Yes, do it** to confirm.

All set! You've invited a new admin. They'll receive an email invite prompting them to access the Admin Panel and define their own password shortly.

If the invited admin needs to answer help-desk messages, reply to discussion boards, and host tours make sure you also [create a customer profile](/docs/adding-members) for them.

          Seeing asterisks instead of a password in the email invite?

          

They may have received multiple invites. Ask them to check their inbox and look for the first invite they've received to see the full password.
