# Managing Virtual Office Plans on Passport

Customers can easily manage several aspects of their virtual office plans from the Passport app, including:

          You can't add, edit, or remove beneficiaries until your space triggers a repeat identity check.

          

## Delivery preferences

You can easily control how your space handles your mail and packages through **delivery handling preferences**.

Just tap the three-dots icon on Passport, head to **My activity > Plans and benefits**, open your plan and choose **Manage delivery preferences**. You can then open **Delivery preferences** and make your updates.

## Company aliases, nominated recipients, and forwarding addresses

You can easily add and remove company aliases, nominated recipients, and forwarding addresses.

**Company aliases** are names under which your company or organization can receive mail.

**Nominated recipients** are people who can receive mail and parcels on your company's behalf.

Just tap the three-dots icon on Passport, head to **My Activity > Plans and Benefits**, open your plan and choose **Manage delivery preferences**. You can then open **Delivery preferences** and scroll down to make your updates.

## Plans

You can easily change or cancel your virtual office plan in the Passport app.

Just tap the three-dots icon on Passport, head to **My activity > Plans and benefits**, and open your plan. You can then select **Cancel subscription** or **Change this plan**.
