# Message Macros 

## What are {{variable.MessageMacros_CAPS}}?
{{variable.messagemacrosCAP}} are message templates that you can use in reminders and messages to automate some of your communication with your customers.   

*For example, you can set up a reminder dedicated to customers with a plan ending in a week that uses a {{variable.messagemacro}} with message tokens such as the customer's name and their current plan.*

{{variable.messagemacrosCAP}} can include dynamic tokens that automatically pull data from your Nexudus account. These {{variable.messagetokens}} let you personalize {{variable.messagemacros}}.



## How {{variable.MessageMacros_CAPS}} work

You first create the {{variable.messagemacro}} with or without {{variable.messagetokens}}. Once your {{variable.messagemacro}} is drafted and ready to go, you can start using it alongside {{variable.reminders}} or as a  {{variable.message}} you send directly to {{variable.customers}}.
