Does the Moloni integration sync my Nexudus invoices data?

It is simply sending invoice information to the Moloni system to meet government requirements regarding the registration of the sale invoices in Portugal and other SAF-T-compliant countries.

Does the integration automatically sync invoice data?

No, invoices are synced manually by choosing the invoices to send and clicking the Transfer to Moloni button.

Does Moloni automatically sync changes if I edit an invoice that I've already transferred?

No, you should transfer the invoice again if you edited it in Nexudus. This will only work for invoices if they have not been marked as Finalized in Moloni yet. Once invoices are finalized, they cannot be edited or deleted in Moloni.

Does Moloni support credit notes and overpayments?

Yes. The integration is set up to deal with credit notes and refunds.

Does Moloni sync payment data and reconciliation?

Payment data on invoices are sent to Moloni and if documents are Finalized, reconciliation is done within Moloni.

Does Nexudus use Moloni to issue invoices?

The purpose of the Moloni integration is to transfer and format Nexudus invoices according to Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T) in countries that use these standards. Invoices transferred to Moloni can easily be sent to national tax authorities or external auditors. Nexudus invoices can be used for all other purposes.
