# Navigating FAQs

Customers can easily access FAQ articles from the **Help & support** section of the Members Portal.

1. Log in to the Members Portal if you haven't already.
2. Open the drop-down menu next to your icon.
3. Click **Help & support**.
4. Click **FAQs**.
5. Under **Filter by category**, select the **category** that best fits your question.

You can [add FAQ categories](/v3/docs/adding-faq-categories) from the Admin Panel.

1. Click **Read more** next to the relevant article.
2. Click **Close** when you've found the information you need.
