## What are {{variable.Newsletters_CAP}}?

{{variable.Newsletters_CAP}} let you communicate with {{variable.customers}} regularly to keep them updated about what's going on in your {{variable.space}}. {{variable.Newsletters_CAP}} are also great to let specific {{variable.customer}} subsets know about upcoming {{variable.events}} or receive news from your {{variable.space}}.

*For example, you can send a {{variable.newsletter}} every month to let all your {{variable.customers}} know how the {{variable.space}} is evolving or promote new features and {{variable.plans}}.*

## How {{variable.Newsletters_CAP}} Work

{{variable.Newsletters_CAP}} work with two components: the {{variable.newsletter}} itself and {{variable.subscriber}} groups. You create {{variable.subscriber}} groups based on who you want to reach, or the plan they have joined, and then create the {{variable.newsletter}} itself. Once you are happy with your {{variable.newsletter}}, you can send it to one or several of the {{variable.subscriber}} groups you've created beforehand. Your {{variable.customers}} receive the {{variable.newsletter}} via email within a few minutes.

You can use the built-in editor to build {{variable.newsletters}} that meet your brand requirements. You can use the drag-and-drop elements or edit the HTML as needed.

### Can I cancel or call back a {{variable.newsletter}} I've sent?

You can't cancel or call back any {{variable.newsletters}} you've already sent. You can test your {{variable.newsletters}} before sending them to check for design or display issues.

### Can I send a {{variable.newsletter}} to several {{variable.subscriber}} groups at once?

You can send a {{variable.newsletter}} to 1000 subscribers at once. This can consist of several {{variable.subscriber}} groups or individuals. Your {{variable.newsletter}} may need to be sent several times to reach all your {{variable.subscribers}}. Contact support if you need to increase the limit.

### Can I schedule my {{variable.newsletters}} to send later?

No, you can't schedule your {{variable.newsletters}} to send at a future date. They are all sent manually from the {{variable.AdminPanel}}.
