# Occupancy Reports

## Contracts Revenue

This report includes:

## Desk Occupancy - By Area

This report includes:

- The total revenue generated by the different types of items in your floor plan
- The percentage of revenue generated by each area of your floor plan
- The total number of floor plan items per area and per item type

          Floor plan items without a defined **Area** are automatically grouped into a single row.

          

You can easily define the **Area** of a floor plan item via its *Properties* tab.

## Desk Occupancy - By Capacity

This report includes:

- The total revenue generated by the different types of items in your floor plan
- The percentage of revenue generated based on the capacity of each type of floor plan items
- The total number of floor plan items per capacity and per item type

## Desk Occupancy - By Company

This report includes:

- The monthly revenue generated by each desk
- The contract linked to each desk start and end dates

## Desk Occupancy - By Desk

This report includes:

- The total occupancy of each floor plan type organized per floor plan item type
- The monthly revenue generated per item and per floor plan item type
- The % of time the desk was occupied each month
- The % of revenue generated by each floor plan item

## Price Plan Occupancy

This report includes the occupancy per plan you have in your inventory.

## Price Plan Occupancy - By Company

This report includes space occupancy by company and plan.

## Price Plan Occupancy - By Start Date

This report includes space occupancy by start date and plan.

## Desk Occupancy - By Company

This report includes desk occupancy by company with color coded availability.

## Desk Occupancy - By Start Date

This report includes desk occupancy by company without color coded availability.

## Desk Occupancy - By Desk

This report includes desk occupancy per desk with color coded availability.

## Desk Occupancy - By Desk/Company

This report includes desk occupancy per company and desk type.

## Desk Occupancy - By Area

This report includes desk occupancy per area and month with color coded availability.

## Desk Occupancy - By Capacity

This report includes desk occupancy per capacity with color coded availability.

## Desk Occupancy - By Size

This report includes monthly desk occupancy by desk surface size (square meter or square foot).

## Contracts Revenue

This report includes the revenue generated by each desk and office and the customer associated to each of them.

## Resource Occupancy

This report includes the occupancy of each resource per hour of the day with color coded availability.

## Resource Occupancy By Group

This report includes the occupancy of each resource tag per hour of the day with color coded availability.

## Resource Occupancy By Type

This report includes the occupancy of each resource type per hour of the day with color coded availability.
