# Onboarding Team Members on Members Portal 5

Team administrators can onboard {{variable.team}} members in just a few clicks on the {{variable.MembersPortal}}.  

:::(Info) (You can add up to 25 {{variable.team}} members at a time.)

1. {{snippet.FirstStepProcedure_MP5}}
2. Click on your icon. 
3. {{variable.SELECT}} **Team**.
4. {{variable.SELECT}} **Members**. 
5. {{variable.CLICK}} **Add members**. 
6. Under **You are about to add members**, add each new member's **full name** and **email address**.

:::(Warning) (Make sure each member is on a separate line.)

7. {{variable.SELECT}} the **Plan** your new {{variable.team}} members will be joining.
:::(Info) (If you want to add {{variable.team}} members without signing them up to a {{variable.plan}}, you can ask an {{variable.admin}} to [onboard them](/v3/docs/adding-team-members){target=`_blank`} for you.)

8. {{variable.SELECT}} your {{variable.team}} members' **Start date**.
:::(Warning) (You can't select the current or past dates as your {{variable.team}} members' {{variable.contract}} start date.)

9. {{variable.CLICK}} **OK**.

All set! The new {{variable.team}} members will receive an email notification with their {{variable.MembersPortal}} log in information.
