What are Opportunity Types?

Opportunity types are a way to categorize your opportunities and include a set of notes for all opportunities assigned this type.

For example, you want all opportunities linked to a tour enquiry to include a note to know who made them visit your space.

How Opportunity Types work

You create the opportunity type with all the notes you want to include in the record of opportunities sharing this type. You can then assign your opportunity type to the relevant opportunities. Any opportunity assigned this type automatically has its Note field populated with the notes you've defined within the opportunity type.
