Article summary

All your plans have a pricing tab that lets you define:

  • Default pricing
  • Additonal invoices
  • Billing dates and prorating
  • Minimum price

Pricing

This section lets you define the plan's default price and how often it renews. You can always edit this price at the proposal or contract level.

Additional invoices

This section lets you issue additional invoices if customers on this plan make purchases before their next blling day.

For example, if the plan is billed quarterly, you can set up an additional invoice every month to make sure the member's purchases such as bookings and products are invoiced monthly.

Billing day and prorating

Default billing day

This section lets you define the default billing day for this plan. This default day can be when the customer signs up to the plan or a set day every month.

For example, if you want to collect payments for your plan on the 1st of every month, make the plan's default billing day to the 28th of every month.

First invoice prorated discount

This section lets you charge customers signing up to this plan in full regardless of when they sign up or automatically prorate their first invoice.

Last invoice prorated discount

This section lets you charge customers canceling plan in full regardless of when they cancel it or automatically prorate their last invoice.

Advance payments

This section lets you invoice one or more billing cycles in advance when customers first sign up to the plan.

The charges for bookings made by members in this plan will be due

This section lets you make booking charges due at a specific time for all members signed up to this plan by default.

You can choose to make all booking charges due:

  • When bookings end
  • When bookings are made
  • On the member's next billing day

For example, members signed up hot-desk plans can have their bookings due as soon as they end while members signed up to dedicated office plans can have their bookings due on their billing day.

Minimum price

This section lets you ensure customers signing up to this plan spend a certain amount every month. If the customer doesn't make enough purchases, their contract will have a minimum amount added as a charge.

You can define the minimum amount spent and then select which purchases are included. You can include any combination of the following purchases:

  • Bookings
  • Passes
  • Events

For example, with a $150 minimum price for bookings and passes, members on this plan will need to spend at least $150 on passes and bookings. If they only spend $100, they'll be charged the difference or $50 on their next billing day.
