# Previewing Document Templates

The preview option lets you download document templates to see how documents look from your customer's perspective. This option helps you make sure the document is displayed as you intended.

          We recommend you preview all your document templates before you start using them in proposals.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**CRM > Document templates**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/crm/documentTemplates).
3. Click the three dots icon next to the document template you want to preview.
4. Click **Preview Document**.
5. Click **Yes, do it** to confirm.

The download should only take a few seconds and you can find the file in the *Downloads* folder of your device.
