# Purchasing Products

Customers can easily purchase products from the Store. Products can be purchased on a one-off or a [recurring basis](/v3/docs/understanding-recurring-products).

This is the default layout of the Members Portal.

Your portal may look slightly different if you've made customizations.

1. From anywhere on the Members Portal, click the **Store** tab.
2. Select what kind of product you’d like to purchase.

You define product kinds in your product settings.

If your space doesn’t offer a specific kind of product, it won’t be available in the navigation.

Products without defined kinds are automatically grouped under Other Products.

1. Under the product you’d like to purchase, select **Buy now**.

*You’ll be taken to the checkout screen.*

1. Select whether you’d like to purchase the product as a **one-off** or **add it to a plan**.
2. Select the quantity you’d like of the product.
3. Click the Confirmation button.

All set! The customer will receive an email with their purchase confirmation.
