# Purchasing Products
{{variable.Customers_CAP}} can easily purchase {{variable.products}} from the Store. {{variable.Products_CAP}} can be purchased on a one-off or a [recurring basis](/v3/docs/understanding-recurring-products){target=`_blank`}.

Your portal may look slightly different if you've made customizations.

1. From anywhere on the {{variable.MembersPortal}}, click the **Store** tab.
2. {{variable.SELECT}} what kind of product you’d like to purchase.
:::(Info) ({{variable.Product_CAP}} kinds are defined in {{variable.product}} settings. )
If your space doesn’t offer a specific kind of product, it won’t be available in the navigation.

:::(Warning) (Products without defined kinds are automatically grouped under Other Products.)

3. Under the product you’d like to purchase, select **Buy now**.
*You’ll be taken to the checkout screen.*
4. {{variable.SELECT}} whether you’d like to purchase the product as a **one-off** or **add it to a plan**.
5. {{variable.SELECT}} the quantity you’d like of the product.
6. Add **payment details** if necessary.
:::(Warning) (You'll only need to add payment details here if: )
* you're using guest checkout
* you're a {{variable.contact}} without payment details on file
* you're a {{variable.member}} without payment details on file and upfront payments for {{variable.products}} are enabled
If you plan to add more items to your cart, you can wait to add your payment details until you're ready to check out.

7. {{variable.CLICK}} **Submit payment** to check out immediately or **Add to cart** if you'd like to add more items first.

Your {{variable.product}} will remain in your cart for 30 minutes and **won't be reserved** until you check out.
If it sells out, you'll need to remove it from your cart before completing your purchase.

All set! {{variable.Customers_CAP}} can view their purchased {{variable.products}} under **Account > Plans and benefits > My products**.
