# Razorpay

## What is {{variable.Razorpay}}? 
{{variable.Razorpay}} is a payment provider based in India. You can integrate {{variable.Razorpay}} with Nexudus to collect payments in Indian Rupees (INR). 

## How Razorpay works 
Setting up {{variable.Razorpay}} is a simple two-step process. First, you'll need to configure your settings on the {{variable.Nexudus}} {{variable.AdminPanel}} and in your {{variable.Razorpay}} account. Then, you can enable {{variable.Razorpay}} as a payment method. 

Once you've [enabled {{variable.Razorpay}}](/v3/docs/enabling-razorpay){target=`_blank`}, {{variable.customers}} can use it to make purchases and pay invoices on the {{variable.MembersPortal}} and {{variable.Passport}}. 


## {{variable.Razorpay}} feature availability
We recommend reviewing the below feature availability to understand how {{variable.Razorpay}} payments work in {{variable.Nexudus}}.

| **Guest Checkout** | **Available** | {{variable.Customers_CAP}} can pay via {{variable.Razorpay}} when using [guest checkout](/v3/docs/guest-checkout-on-members-portal-5){target=`_blank`}. You simply need to make sure you [make {{variable.customer}} email collection **mandatory**](/v3/docs/enabling-razorpay#in-your-razorpay-account){target=`_blank`} in your {{variable.Razorpay}} settings. |
| **Saved Card Details** | **Unavailable** | {{variable.Razorpay}} card details aren't saved in the {{variable.MembersPortal}}. {{variable.Customers_CAP}} will need to enter their card details for each transaction. |
| **Recurring Payments** | **Unavailable** | Recurring payments aren't supported at this time as {{variable.Razorpay}} card details aren't saved in the {{variable.MembersPortal}}.  |
| **Automatic Refunds** | **Unavailable** | You can't refund {{variable.customers}} through Nexudus if they paid using {{variable.Razorpay}}. To [refund {{variable.customers}}](/v3/docs/fully-refunding-invoices){target=`_blank`}, you'll need to select **manual** as the refund method and then **issue the refund outside {{variable.Nexudus}}**.
