# Release Notes - January 2026

## Updates

- When resources have both simultaneous bookings and time slots enabled, the booking calendar on the Admin Panel now shows available time slots so admins can easily track availability

- When registering a delivery, the Admin Panel now shows if a customer is suspended or has overdue charges

## Fixes

- Adding many products to a booking made the fixed side panel overflow and hide the *Continue* button, which is now always accessible
- Adding guests to a booking on the Members Portal no longer crashes
- Price schedules can now be updated once added to a proposal
- Team names are now included in the admin notification when new team members are added by team admins from the Members Portal or through a team sign-up link
- Fixed an issue where discussion board updates weren't formatted correctly on the dashboard of the Members Portal
- Booking prices can now be reverted back to the default rate after manually changing the price
- Fixed an issue where units incorrectly showed as available on the Members Portal when blocked by a combined resource
- Fixed an issue where invoices for bookings were incorrectly raised from customers' home locations instead of the location where the booking was placed
- Fixed an issue where the validation rule **Bookings must have notes** blocked customers from making bookings with or without notes on the Members Portal
- Fixed an issue where customers couldn't complete their virtual office onboarding on the Passport app if identity checks weren't enabled
- Fixed an issue where the **Reply-To Email** on the **Visitor check-in** email template couldn't be changed from the default
- Clarified messaging on the billing page of the Members Portal to inform customers if they need to add payment details
- Fixed duplicate notifications sent to customers when creating teams using the wizard
- Plan cancellation made a required field on the Members Portal to match the behavior of the Admin Panel and apps.
- Terms and conditions can now be scrolled all the way to the end on the Members Portal when using a mobile version of the supported browsers
- Products with benefits can no longer be purchased in the Quick Sale mode of NexKiosk
- Fixed an issue where disabling the **Add tax to invoices** setting in the Admin Panel didn't disable all dependent settings causing the wrong price to be displayed in the Member’s Portal
- Fixed an issue where the end membership button obstructed the comments form on Passport app
- Fixed an issue where editing a booking allowed customers to bypass a validation rule requiring them to purchase a product alongside the booking
