Restricting Access to Automation Tiles

You can program your automation tiles so that they only trigger their assigned action if the customer scanning the tile has one of the following:
Desks and offices
Customers won't trigger the tile action if they don't have a contract with at least one of the selected floor plan items.Bookings
Customers can't trigger the tile action if they don't have a valid booking for the selected resources.Plans
Customers can't trigger the tile action if they don't have an active contract for at least one of the selected plans.Passes
Customers won't be able to trigger the tile action if they don't have at least one of the selected passes in their account.
This is useful if you connect tiles to resources and only want customers with a valid booking for the resources to check in.
Similarly, if the tile is on a private desk or office door, you can set up the tile so that only customers with a valid contract for the desk or office can unlock the door.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Settings > Automation tiles.
Click on the tile you want to restrict.
Click on the Restrictions tab.
Select the restrictions you want to apply in Customer restrictions.
Click the Save Changes button.
All set! Customers scanning the tile won't be able to trigger the action if they don't meet the criteria of the restrictions you've set up.
