You can create new language tokens to add words or sentences that aren't translated on your Members Portal yet. For example, your Members Portal is available in English, French and Spanish. Your resource names and descriptions can be defined for each language, but your resource type can only be defined in the default language. You can easily add a translation token for each resource type in French and Spanish to also have your resource categories translated. Resource IDs are reference numbers that are unique to each resource. A resource ID never changes once you've created the resource and helps Nexudus identify the resource internally. What are Tax Rates? Tax rates are simply the amount of tax paid by customers whenever they make a purchase. What Are Resources ? Resources are rooms or areas of your space that you let your customers book for different amounts of time or per use. You can manage resources and related bookings as an admin from the Admin Panel . Customers can also book resources for themselves directly through your Members Portal if you publish them. How Resources Work Resources work with resource types . Resource types are templates that let you apply the same rates to all the resources of that type, simplifying how you charge customers for their bookings. You need resource types to create and manage your resources . If you use one of our templates to create your resources , we automatically create a matching resource type for the resource . If you decide to create a resource from scratch, you'll need to create its resource type beforehand. Once you have your resources, you can tweak all of their settings

You can access your space 's invoicing settings via Settings > Invoice and tax on the on the Admin Panel . Invoice details This section lets you define your space's invoicing details. Your invoice details are included at the top of every customer invoice you create. Updating your invoice details doesn't affect invoices you've already created. You can always manually edit those details on all the relevant invoices that you already created. Bank details This section lets you add your space 's bank details on every invoice you create. It is designed to let customers pay their invoices outside of Nexudus if they ever need to. Your payment details are included at the bottom of every customer invoice you create.

What are Printing Credits? Printing credits are a number of printing units that you make available to customer to let them print in your space. Printing credits work alongside our printing integrations . How Printing Credits Work Before you can start using printing credits, you should enable the eZeep or PaperCut integration in your account. Once the integration is enabled, you can start adding printing credits as benefits to plans, products or customer accounts. Printing credits will then be used whenever customers print in your space. Printing credits are unit-based with each printing unit being equivalent to 1 cent. FAQ When will customers receive the printing credits I just added to plans and products? Members already signed up to the edited plans will only receive the new printing credits when their contract is renewed. What is SSO (Single sign-on)? Single sign-on is an identification method that lets users to log in to multiple platforms and websites using a single set of credentials. In Nexudus, this means allowing customers and admins to log in using credentials that aren't the ones provided by Nexudus. For example, letting your customers log in to the Members Portal and the Passport app using their Outlook email and password or letting admins log in to the Admin Panel using credentials from your active directory. You can add event attendees on the Admin Panel via any event's Attendees tab. Customers can also purchase tickets for your events on the Members Portal which automatically adds them as event attendees on the Admin Panel . Adding Customers as Event Attendees Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com  if you aren't already. Click Community > Events list .  Click on the relevant event. Click the Attendees tab. Click Add attendee . Select a Customer . Select a ticket for the event. Click the Save button.  The customer will receive the ticket via email as soon as they pay the invoice that includes the ticket charges. What You Need to Integrate Doorflow A Doorflow Account If you already have a Nexudus account but no Doorflow account, get in touch with Doorflow to install the system in your space and open your account. Inventory Items in Nexudus Access to your building is managed through three items available in Nexudus: passes , resources , and desks/offices . It is important to have these items set up in your space prior to the integration as they are connection points between Nexudus and your Doorflow access groups. Access Groups in Doorflow We recommend one access group per pass, resource, and desk or office in your floor plans. For example, if your space offers: 2 types of passes 3 meeting rooms 4 private offices You need 9 access groups in Doorflow . You don't need to manually create users in Doorflow . You can easily duplicate existing chart in any of your Explore dashboard in a few clicks on the Admin Panel . Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com  if you aren't already. Click Analytics > Nexudus Explore . Open the relevant dashboard. Click on the more actions icon ( ). Click on Duplicate . Click on Duplicate item to confirm. All set! Most common Xero transfer errors can easily be fixed by tweaking settings in Nexudus or Xero . If you cannot find your error in the list, you can always contact support for help. Account code 'xxxx' is not a valid code for this document. What it means Nexudus couldn't match the financial account of one or several invoice items with an account in Xero . How to fix the error Open the invoice that couldn't be transferred and check the account assigned to every line item by clicking the pencil icon on the right. Select the right account from the drop-down list, making sure the Nexudus account code matches an account code in Xero and click Save Changes . If your teams have a default plan , you can easily create a contract based on that plan for multiple team members in bulk on the Admin Panel . Default plans work with any teams , whether they use merged or individual billing. For example, you have a team where the team paying customer has a paid office contract and you want to assign a free plan to other team members so they have their own passes . Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com  if you aren't already. Click Operations > Teams . Click on the relevant team . Click on the Members tab. Tick the checkbox next to every team member who needs a contract . Click on Assign to team default plan . Selec whether you'd like the team members' contracts to start now or when the team paying customer's contract started. All set! The selected team members now have a contract.

You can easily assign a default plan to teams and automatically create a contract based on that plan whenever a new customer joins the team . Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com  if you aren't already. You can group multiple resources to let your customers book them all as a single unit or automatically make one unavailable when the other is booked. You have two meeting room that can be merged into one. You want to allow customers to book both at the same time or only one of the two at all times. You will need to create 3 resources (1, 2 and 1+2) When a customer books resource 1, resource 2 and 1+2 automatically become unavailable.
