Searching Records

Nexudus lets you search records to find the information you need in a flash. You have 2 search options on the Admin Panel:

• Global search
• List search

Global search

The global search lets you look through your entire location's data to find the record you're looking for. Just click on the search icon in the quick actions menu and search for any of the following:

• Customers by name
• Invoices by reference number
• Bookings by reference number
• Teams by name
• Nexudus feature by name

List search

You can also search through any list of records on the Admin Panel. We automatically suggest the fields you can use as filters when you type your keyword or number.

For example, a customer comes to ask about a booking that was overcharged. You can easily search for the booking using its number to find it in a flash.

Filters

You can filter records based on set criteria by clicking on the Filters button. You can combine any number of filters, depending on how much you want to narrow down the listed records.

You can use filters to effectively show all records that don't include a specific filter using the Show only records with no... toggle.
