Sending Delivery Collection Reminders

You can send reminders to any customer with deliveries pending collection in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.
Triggering this reminder automatically resends the email notification customers received when their delivery was first recorded.
Setting up delivery collection reminders may be a better option.
Sending collection reminder for a delivery
You can easily send a collection reminder for a specific delivery using the quick-action menu.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click Operations > Deliveries.
- Click on the quick-action icon next to the relevant delivery.
- Click on Send reminder the quick-action menu.
Click Yes, do it to confirm.
All set! The customer will receive their reminder within a few minutes. Repeat the process for other deliveries or send the reminder in bulk, as detailed below.
Sending collection reminders in bulk
You can also send a collection reminder for any number of deliveries in one go using the Bulk actions menu.
For example, you've noticed 5 deliveries have been sitting at reception for over two weeks and want to remind customers to come collect their packages.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click Operations > Deliveries.
- Tick the checkbox next to every relevant delivery.
- Click on the Bulk actions button.
- Click on Send reminder the Bulk actions menu.
All set! The relevant customers will receive their reminder within a few minutes. If you've selected over 50 deliveries, it may take up to 30 minutes to send all reminders.
