Sending Messages to Customers


Article Summary

You can send direct messages to customers via CRM > Messages or directly from any customer's record on the Admin Panel. You can send messages to customers via email using message macros or draft your messages from scratch.

Messages Board

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click CRM > Messages.

  3. Click on Send message.

  4. Select the customer in the Send to drop-down.

  5. Select an Email account if you connected one of your inboxes to Nexudus.

  6. Select a Message Macro if you'd like to use one as a template for your message.

  7. Add or edit the Subject of your message.

  8. Add or edit the Message content.

  9. Click Send message.

All set! The selected customer should receive your message via email within a few minutes.

Customer Record

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click on the relevant customer.

  3. Click CRM > Messages.

  4. Click Send message.

  5. Select an Email account if you connected one of your inboxes to Nexudus.

  6. Select a Message Macro if you'd like to use one as a template for your message.

  7. Add or edit the Subject of your message.

  8. Add or edit the Message content.

  9. Click Send message.

All set! The customer should receive your message via email within a few minutes.
