# Sending Messages to Customers

You can send direct messages to customers via [CRM > Messages](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/crm/coworkerMessages) or directly from any customer's record on the Admin Panel. You can send messages to customers via email using message macros or draft your messages from scratch.

## Messages Board

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click **CRM > Messages**.
3. Click on **Send message**.
4. Select the customer in the **Send to** drop-down.
5. Select an **Email account** if you connected one of your inboxes to Nexudus.
6. Select a **Message Macro** if you'd like to use one as a template for your message.
7. Add or edit the **Subject** of your message.
8. Add or edit the **Message** content.
9. Click **Send message**.

All set! The selected customer should receive your message via email within a few minutes.

## Customer Record

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Operations > Members and contacts**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/operations/coworkers).
3. Click on the relevant customer.
4. Click **CRM > Messages**.
5. Click **Send message**.
6. Select an **Email account** if you connected one of your inboxes to Nexudus.
7. Select a **Message Macro** if you'd like to use one as a template for your message.
8. Add or edit the **Subject** of your message.
9. Add or edit the **Message** content.
10. Click **Send message**.

All set! The customer should receive your message via email within a few minutes.
