Sending Newsletters

Once you're happy with your newsletters, you can send them to any of your subscriber groups. Your newsletter should only take a few minutes to reach subscribers inboxes. It can take longer if your subscriber group is particularly large or you send multiple newsletters within short period of time.

Testing your Newsletters

When you test a newsletter, we automatically send it to the email of the admin triggering the test. That admin can then see the newsletter as a customer would from their inbox.

Testing your newsletters helps you check for any design or display issues before going live.

1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

2. Click Community > Newsletters.

3. Tick the checkbox next to the newsletters that you want to test.

4. Click Test newsletter in the Bulk actions menu.

5. Click Yes, do it to confirm.

You should receive the newsletter in your inbox within a few minutes, under the subject line [TEST] {Your newsletter subject}.

Sending your Newsletters

Once your newsletter is ready and tested, you can send it to your subscribers in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

2. Click Community > Newsletters.

3. Tick the checkbox next to the newsletter that you want to send.

4. Click Send newsletter in the Bulk actions menu.

5. Select the subscriber group who should receive the newsletter.

6. Click Yes, do it to confirm.

Your susbcribers should receive your newsletter within a few minutes.
