# Submitting Address Checks

Customers can submit their proof of address from the **Account** section of the Members Portal.

1. Log in to the Members Portal if you haven't already.
2. Open the drop-down menu next to your icon.
3. Select **Account**.
4. Select **Identity checks**.
5. Click **Verify address**.
6. Select your **Document Type**.
7. Upload a copy of your document.
8. Click **Save**.

All set! The address check has been submitted.

You'll receive a notification letting you know that a customer has completed their address check. You can manually [review their document](/v3/docs/reviewing-identity-checks) on the Admin Panel.
