# Subscribing to Virtual Offices

Virtual offices is an add-on subscription available in Nexudus. You can subscribe in a few seconds and start building your virtual offices straight away.

Virtual offices cost **€/$/£50.00 per month for 10 mailboxes** and **€/$/£5.00 per month for each additional mailbox**.

1. Log in to [dashboard.nexudus.com](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/) if you aren't already.
2. Click [**Settings > Your Nexudus Subscription**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/0/1/0).
3. Click on the **Add-on subscriptions** tab.
4. Click on **Purchase Virtual Offices**.

All set! You're ready to [start building your virtual office offering](/docs/creating-virtual-office-plans) and start onboarding your customers. Your subscription automatically renews every month until you unsubscribe. If you manage a network of locations, you'll need to subscribe to virtual offices in each of them.

## FAQ

### Is there a minimum subscription period?

No, you can subscribe and unsubscribe to Virtual Offices at any point. Just remember that you will still be charged for the full month if you cancel after your next month's subscription started.

You'll need to cancel all your active virtual office contracts before cancelling your virtual office subscription.

### Do you offer discounts on virtual offices?

We always strive to give you the best value, which means we currently cannot offer discounts on the virtual office subscription. Plus, our services are already cheaper than a lot of similar ones currently on the market.

### What is a mailbox?

Each contract created for a virtual office plan is considered a mailbox.

*For example, if you have **7 companies** using virtual offices with **2 contracts each**, you'll be charged for 14 mailboxes or **€/$/£70 every month**.*

*If you have **10 freelancers** with **1 contract each**, you'll be charged **€/$/£50 every month**.*

Each contract created for a virtual office plan is considered a mailbox. For example, if you have 20 customers with 1 contract each, you have 20 mailboxes.
