# Support Tiers FAQ

## Does Support Plus include training calls?

No, Support Plus currently doesn't include any training calls.

You can [book individual training calls](/v3/docs/booking-training-calls) for ****€/$/£175** per training call** or sign up to our [AMA package](/v3/docs/ama-support-package) to get ***4 training calls*** per calendar month for ****€/$/£300****.

## How can I know which support tier I'm currently on?

You can find your support tier by clicking [**Settings > Your Nexudus Subscription**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/0/1/0) on the Admin Panel. Each of your locations has its own support tier that you can upgrade or downgrade individually.

## Does Support Plus cover multiple locations?

Yes, when you sign up to Support Plus, you agree to pay the Support Plus subscription for all the your locations within your network. You cannot have Support Plus in a select few locations.

## Can I change my support tier from the Admin Panel?

No, you need to [contact support](https://help.nexudus.com/docs/contacting-support) to change your support tier. The **Support tier** drop-down list you can find under the **General Settings** page of the Admin Panel can help you check the features available in each tier.

## How can I upgrade to Support Plus?

All you need to do is [contact support](https://help.nexudus.com/docs/contacting-support) and let them know when you'd like to upgrade to the Support Plus tier. Our support team will set up the upgrade in your account and introduce you to your dedicated support agent shortly.

## Can I go back to standard support after upgrading to Support Plus?

Yes, [contact support](https://help.nexudus.com/docs/contacting-support) and let them know you'd like to switch back to standard support and when. We'll get back to you to confirm your request and confirm when your Support Plus subscription is ending.
