# Transferring Users to Papercut

This legacy integration is no longer supported.

**Suspended** customers are never transferred to PaperCut.

If customers have a **Company** and an **Individual** account using the same email, Nexudus transfers them to PaperCut using their **Individual** account.

**PaperCut Extender** automatically adds and removes PaperCut users based on their level of access **every 15 minutes**.

You can also manually trigger a sync of all users at any time from the Admin Panel. Simply go to [**Settings > Integrations > PaperCut**](https://dashboard.nexudus.com/settings/integrations/papercut) and click on **Sync all customers**.
