# Transferring Users with PaperCut Bridge

Using the Credits Only [pricing model](/v3/docs/papercutbridge-pricing-examples)?

You don't need to manually transfer customers. Customers will be automatically transferred to PaperCut when you [give them printing credits](/v3/docs/managing-printing-credits).

**Suspended** customers are never transferred to PaperCut.

If a customer has more than one account using the **same email address** in Nexudus, they're treated as **one customer in PaperCut**.

Only **one customer account** is connected to PaperCut, also known as the **preferred account**.

Nexudus automatically selects the oldest active individual customer account. If a customer doesn't have an individual account, Nexudus will transfer their company account.

*For example, a customer with both an individual and a company account will have their individual account as their preferred account. If they have multiple individual customer accounts, the oldest active account will be their preferred account.*

If customers have printing credits in multiple Nexudus accounts, they're all transferred to the user account in PaperCut. All pay-per-print charges are automatically invoiced to the preferred customer in Nexudus.

Customers must log in to PaperCut using their preferred account's password and PIN code.

PaperCut Bridge automatically adds and removes PaperCut users based on their level of access every few minutes.

When you first enable the integration, you can easily transfer all or certain groups of your customers to PaperCut through the [Bulk edit tool](/v3/docs/transferring-users-with-papercut-bridge#transferring-users-in-bulk).

You can also transfer customers [individually](/v3/docs/transferring-users-with-papercut-bridge#transferring-users-individually).

## Transferring Users in Bulk

You can easily give all or certain groups of customers access to PaperCut in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

The PaperCut Bridge integration doesn't support aliases (emails with the "+" character).
