Troubleshooting NexDelivery

The app won't let me scan my packages.

You probably didn't allow camera access when setting up the app for the first time. This can be easily fixed by allowing NexDelivery to access your device's camera. The process is slightly different based on your device.

iOS

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to the apps list.
  3. Tap NexDelivery.
  4. Toggle on the Camera to allow camera access.

Close the NexDelivery app, open it again and try scanning new packages.

Android

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps & notifications.
  3. Tap the NexDelivery app.
  4. Tap Permissions.
  5. Allow camera access for NexDelivery.

Close the NexDelivery app, open it again and try scanning new packages.

I can't assign deliveries to contacts.

The NexDelivery search filter is probably set to Assign member instead of Assign customer. To switch this filter option, simply tap the user icon next to the name field when adding your next delivery.

When the user icon is yellow, you can only select members. When the user icon is grey, you can select any customer (members & contacts).
