# Troubleshooting NexDelivery

## NexDelievery doesn't let me scan deliveries 

This is due to the app not having access to your device's camera. You are asked to allow camera access when setting up the app for the first time.

If you skipped that step, you can easily fix it by allowing {{variable.NexDelivery}} to access your device's camera via your device's settings screen. 

The process is slightly different on iPhones and Android devices. 

### iOS 

1. {{variable.OPEN}} the **Settings** app. 
2. {{variable.SCROLL}} the apps list. 
3. {{variable.TAP}} **{{variable.NexDelivery}}**. 
4. {{variable.TOGGLE_ON}} the **Camera** to allow camera access.  

*Close the {{variable.NexDelivery}} app, open it again and try scanning new packages.*

### Android 

1. {{variable.OPEN}} the **Settings** app. 
2. {{variable.TAP}} **Apps & notifications**.
3. {{variable.TAP}} the **{{variable.NexDelivery}}** app. 
4. {{variable.TAP}} **Permissions**.
5. Allow camera access for {{variable.NexDelivery}}.

*Close the {{variable.NexDelivery}} app, open it again and try scanning new packages.*
