# Understanding Users

All {{variable.users}} in each of your {{variable.locations}} can be **{{variable.customers}}**, **{{variable.admins}}** or both. 


## {{variable.AdminsCAP}}
Admin {{variable.users}} have access to the {{variable.AdminPanel}}. They can be {{variable.fullunrestrictedadmin}} or restricted {{variable.admins}} with one or more roles.

A {{variable.fullunrestrictedadmin}} can perform any action {{variable.OnTheAdminPanel}}. Restrcited {{variable.admins}} can only access and manage the {{variable.AdminPanel}} based on the permissions included in their roles.

## {{variable.Customers_CAP}}
If you enable {{variable.customer}} signups on your {{variable.MembersPortal}}, we automatically create a {{variable.user}} in {{variable.Nexudus}} when a new {{variable.customer}} joins your space. We also create a {{variable.user}} if you enable the **Welcome email** toggle when creating a {{variable.customer}} from the {{variable.AdminPanel}}.

If you don't send a **Welcome email** to new {{variable.customers}}, they won't be added to the {{variable.user}} list. You can create a {{variable.user}} for those customers by granting them {{variable.MembersPortal}} access.
