# Unit Packages Settings

Every unit package you create has several settings that help you control its details and availability.

| **Setting** | **Details** | **Required or Optional** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **Name** | Name of the package. | **Required****** |
| **Size** | Size of the unit in square meters. | **Optional** |
| **Capacity** | Maximum number of people the unit can host. | **Optional** |
| **Price** | Target price of the package. You can use this price to override the default price of the contracts and proposals you link to the package. | **Optional** |
| **Notes** | Text notes visible to all admins with access to the package. These notes are never shown to customers. | **Optional** |
| **This package is available every day of the week** | Toggle on to make the unit package available Monday through Sunday. Toggle it off to define which specific days of the week the package covers. | **Required****** |
| **Reported occupancy** | Percentage of total occupancy represented by the package for the unit. It defaults to 100% when you keep **This package is available every day of the week** toggled on. | **Optional**, but strongly advised for accurate reporting. |
