The Users & security section lets you access and edit an array of settings related to users, user roles, and audits and log in each of your locations.

Users

This settings page lets you access all the users currently registered in the current location. You can open any user record. The users list Status column let you know which users are active and which are admins at a glance.

If you are an unrestricted admin or an admin user with a role that allows it, you'll be able to edit each user's details, notification preferences, and any customer profile linked to the user.

Roles

Roles are sets of access rights that you define to control how some admins can use the platform. We offer a range of user role templates that you can use to create admin roles that limit the access different staff members have to the Admin Panel.

For example, an admin assigned the Reception role won't be able to see or edit information related to customer payment details or change their role on the Admin Panel.

You can also to build your own custom roles. Custom roles can be built using one of the templates as a starting point or from scratch to define every single permission.

Audits & logs

The Audits & logs page is a comprehensive list of all the actions recorded in your current location. The list will always provide information on the recorded action and who performed it.
