# Using Kisi with White-label Passport

Once you've [completed the {{variable.Kisi}} integration](/v3/docs/integrating-kisi){target="_blank"}, your {{variable.customers}} can start using the white-label {{variable.Passport}} to unlock doors.  

Your {{variable.customers}} don't need to do anything. As long as they have valid {{variable.passes}}, {{variable.contracts}} including {{variable.floorplanitems}}, or {{variable.bookings}} for {{variable.resources}} connected to {{variable.Kisi}}, they'll be able to unlock {{variable.Kisi}} doors based on their purchases. 


:::(Info) (You must enable Bluetooth on your phone to unlock any door using the app. )

1. {{variable.OPEN}} your {{variable.space}} app. 

2. {{variable.LOG_IN}} your account if you aren't already.

3. {{variable.TAP}} the **Unlock door** tile and hold your phone near the door reader until the light turns green.

All done! No need to tap the **Unlock door** tile, as long as you are logged in to the app. Just hold your phone near the reader, 

:::(Error) (Can't unlock a door? )
Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is ON and try opening the door again. If you still cannot open the door, you probably don't have access to it. Reach out to a member of staff to find out why and fix any issue.
