What is Verifalia?
Verifalia is a real-time email validation service that verifies the email addresses provided by customers. Verifalia checks the validity and safety of each email address without ever getting in touch with your customers.
For more information about the features available and detailed pricing, visit Verifalia's website.
How the Verifalia Integration Works
Once you have a Verifalia account and enable the integration in Nexudus, the email addresses provided by customers being registered from the Admin Panel or via the signup form of the Members portal will automatically be verified.
If the provided email address isn't valid, Nexudus won't allow the new customer record to be created or the email address to be edited. Every verification automatically generates an individual verification report in Verifalia.
Flexible & Strict Verification Levels
You need to select a verification level when you enable the integration. This verification level defines the email addresses Nexudus will accept based on their status in Verifalia.
Flexible verification allows email addresses classified as Deliverable or Risky in Verifalia. Deliverable means that the email address is valid and can receive new emails. Risky means that the email address appears valid but it's safety and reliability is undefined.
Nexudus will verify customer email addresses when they are registered from the Admin Panel or the Members Portal. If the email address is invalid, the customer isn't registered and you receive an error message.
Nexudus also verifies customer email address edit on the Members Portal and the Admin Panel. If the email address is invalid, your changes won't be saved and you'll receive an error message.
Strict verification only allows email addresses classified as Deliverable in Verifalia. Deliverable means that the email address is valid and can receive new emails.
Nexudus will verify the customer's email address and their alternative billing email address when they are registered on the Admin Panel or the Members Portal. If either of the email addresses are invalid or flagged as Risky, the customer won't be registered and you'll receive an error message.
Nexudus will also verify both email addresses when they are edited on the Members Portal or the Admin Panel. If either one of the email addresses is invalid, your changes won't be saved and you'll receive an error message.
