# ✨ Version control on all terms and conditions

Track version history on terms and conditions your customers agree to and keep a clear records of who agreed to what and when. 


## Why we're implementing version history

#### ⚖️ Traceability and transparency
When updates are saved, you have a clear log of who made them and when. This redices the risk of disputes and legal exposure. You can prove which version of a policy a user agreed to and when. 

#### 📋Regulatory compliance by design

GDPR, CCPA, and other data laws often require clear records of consent and policy updates. Version control helps you tick those boxes for audits and compliance checks.

#### ♾️Rollback Power
If a mistake is made in policies or terms, you can retrieve a previous version with minimal hassle. No need to search your drives to find the file of a previous version or rewrite the policy from scratch.

All your terms and policies gave their own version history available via **Settings > Legal terms and policies**.

You can also see which terms and conditions a customer accepted via **CRM > Legal** in their account.
