# Virtual Offices Pricing

Virtual offices is an add-on subscription available in Nexudus. Virtual offices cost **€/$/£50.00 per month for 10 mailboxes** and **€/$/£5.00 per month for each additional mailbox** in each location where they are enabled.

What's a mailbox?

Each contract created for a virtual office plan is considered a mailbox.

For example, if you have **13 companies** using virtual offices, with each company having **1 contract**, you'll be charged for 13 mailboxes or **€/$/£65 every month**.

If you have **5 freelancers** with **1 virtual office contract each**, you'll be charged **€/$/£50 every month**.

Each contract created for a virtual office plan is considered a mailbox. For example, if you have 20 customers with 1 contract each, you have 20 mailboxes.
