Who is Considered an Active User in Nexudus?

Any customer who meets one or more conditions detailed below since your last Nexudus invoice is automatically considered an active user on your following invoice:

  • Had a free or paid contract
    This applies to any non-cancelled contract in their account, including contracts that haven't started yet.
  • Purchased a free or paid recurring product
  • Made a free or paid booking
  • Were invoiced for bookings, products, plans, or charges
  • Were part of a team with merged invoicing and their team paying customer meets any condition listed above
Manage a network where customers visit and use multiple locations?

Customers are added to the active user count of every location where they meet one or more conditions listed above.

Go to Settings > Your Nexudus subscription > Active users on the Admin Panel to see the current count or check out Active Users Count for more information.


Contacts

If a contact meets any number of conditions detailed below, we'll add them the active user total on your next Nexudus invoice.

Members

Members are always active users since they have at least one contract in their account. Members with zero-value contracts are still considered active users.


FAQ

Are admins with a customer account added to my active user count twice?

No, admins with a customer account aren't added to the active user count as customers, unless they meet one of the active user conditions.

For example, an admin making a booking for themselves today, even free of charge, will be added to the active user count of the current month.
