Any customer who met one or several of the criteria detailed below since your last Nexudus invoice will automatically be considered as an active user on your next invoice:
- They had an active free or paid plan.
- They purchased a free or paid recurring product.
- They made a free or paid booking.
- They were invoiced.
- They were part of a team with merged invoicing and their team paying customer met any of the criteria previously mentioned.
If you manage a network where customers can use multiple locations, this mean that if a customer books a resource in Location 1 and later books another resource in Location 2, they'll be added to the active user count in both locations.
